Come to Didsbury Alberta for Mountain View County's largest festival of its kind.

Unless stated otherwise, all activities run from 11 am - 5 pm at all venues both days.

PLEASE NOTE: The Mountain View Arts Festival showcases musicians and entertainers from Alberta. There are no openings for performers from outside Canada.

The Mountain View Arts Festival is an annual, 2 day, multi venue, arts & cultural festival. It is a signature event in the town of Didsbury, Alberta and has been hosted by the Mountain View Arts Society since 2011.

What's an arts festival without artists? "Artists at Work" will be on hand ready to answer your questions, explaining how they use their tools and materials. They'll even give you a chance to do a "Make It - Take It" project!

You can also meander through our promenade from some of Alberta's best in our Artisan Village. Here you will find handmade items that showcase the amazing hand-crafted products our local artisans create. 100s of one-of-a-kind Alberta-made artisan products.

ARTISTS AT WORK
An eclectic variety for you!

We are looking for Alberta artists who want to showcase their work at our Artists at Work at the Didsbury Memorial Complex.Artists at Work will be bursting at the seams with the east wing of the Curling Rink full of fabulous Alberta artists and artisans.

Artists will be on hand ready to answer your questions, explaining how they use their tools and materials. They'll even give you a chance to participate in a collective piece of art, handle raw materials and tools, or do a "Make It - Take It" project!

This popular juried program is in its 4th year at the Mountain View Arts Festival. Featuring artists demonstrating their art; answering your questions and explaining their processes. You can participate! Each artist will have a Make It - Take It for Festival-goers.
